Hello All,

I'm trying to get messages to me carbon copied to the PERSONAL.MAIL area but I can't seem to get it to work.

This is the end of my fido config..

drop the extension .MAIL off... unless you can have SQUish (and JAM) bases with extensions and they still get their normal extensions added when the data files are created...

My PERSONAL.MAIL area exists but it is empty. This area has data files named fidosoft.husky.(sqd|sqi|sql).

i don't know... i've never tried it... if the code still has DOSisms in it, it may still be restricted to 8.3 or maybe only one dot... i note that while i do have numerous JAM areas with >8 file names, i do not have any where i've added a dot and ""extension""... i've not looked at the code but knowing the history lead to the .MAIL extension jumping out at me as possibly being (part of) the problem...

thank you, stas and others that have shown me that LFNs are truely supported for JAM and SQUish bases...

as i had said earlier, i wasn't sure and it was only a suggestion to see if it fixed the problem... instead we see that each name to be CC'd needs its own complete CC configuration block... that's ok, too... i likely would have tried it al's way first, as well, because the only difference would be the names... i've just never had a need/desire to have a separate area for mail directed to me so i've never used a caron copy configuration i any of the mail tossers i've used...
