My guess is that the military will use local Wal*Marts as their
"mega-sites" so that the people will know where to go in order to
get themselves shot. I am sure most will comply, as all the shots
are free, at no expense, for those who show up.

How hard can it be for a guy or gal fresh out of high school

You are talking about giving folks a jab in the arm with a syringe.
Really not all that hard to do. Of course, first you have to load it,

That training is MOS specific or available to a handful of soldiers selected
by their units to attend the Combat Medic course.

This is not open heart surgery or brain transplants. Grab a syringe,
load it up, and shoot your next victim. That's all there is to it.

The overwhelming majority of soldiers do not get trained in the admistration
of injections.

That being said, there are STILL thousands of health care professionals between the branchs capable of giving vaccinations, as Carol said.

Lee adds things I never said on 'validating President Biden ordered thousands of military to distribute the vaccine'. The only thing going on is we are handling our own but have sufficient numbers to assist as well in public distribution if called upon.

I was just running a report on HM (Navy medical rate). It exceeds 14,000 records so had to be done in series. There are about 18,000 of them on the enlisted side alone. This doesn't count reserves which may be almost as many.

Army has a MOS for Medical folks too as does the Air Force (Navy covers Marines). Can't be less than 40,000 on active duty between us all and that doesn't count all the Doctors and Nurses.

Lee just likes to stir shit up for giggles.

Yeah. Atropine and 2-pam chloride auto-injector use is taught to all soldier as part of NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) readiness during Basic Traini But that's it.
