Hello Everybody,
You know how it is. Some recipes you remember. Others you try
to forget. And there are those that can never be forgotten, no
matter how hard one tries.
Of course, everything ia a matter of taste. And everybody is
entitled to his/her own opinion. For example, is tinned herring
edible? Some say it is, others are not so sure.
In the USA, on Memorial Day we watched race car driver Dale
Earnhardt Jr eating a banana and mayo sandwich during a pit
stop during the Indianapolis 500. This concoction is very
easy to make, and only needs three ingredients.
Do you like spaghetti? Doesn't taste like much without red
sauce. So never forget to include that red sauce. But to make
it a real dinner requires an extra touch - avocados. Best
quartered, like meatballs. But without the seed.
If you have a blender it is even better. Pureed spaghetti.
With red sauce. Avocados optional.
And what you can put on toast is out of this world.
