    So Russia is once again evacuation Ukrainian civilians from cities that are about to be liberated by the Ukrainian military. "Leave no washing machine behind!" is the order.

    Those Ukrainian citizens are now moved to Russia, where they will be safe from the Ukrainian Nazi hoards:

    The US evacuated Vietnamese civilians from cities that were about to
    be liberated by the Vietnamese military. Maybe that is where Putin got
    his idea from.

    Those Ukrainian citizens are now moved to Russia, where they will be safe from the Ukrainian Nazi hoards:

    Those Vietnamese civilians were moved to the USA, where they would
    be safe from the Vietnamese freedom fighters.

    At the arrival they will be taken care of in the usual, friendly Russian way, making sure their civil rights will not be violated:

    One of those Vietnamese civilians was a former president of Vietnam.
    He was relocated to Louisiana, and made a living down the bayou as a
    shrimper, having paid cash for his boat. His daughter also did quite
    well, managing a convenience store. I miss those days ...

    There is archeaological evidence of the dead sea having been nuked thousands of years ago.
    Some say that was the cause of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. Underwater remains of
