Upgrade? Why would I want a bigger, noisier, messier, and
hungrier version of *this*? (o_O)
Because they don't ignore you just because they feel like it, they
actually listen to you most of the time, they are trainable, and
they like to go out walking with you.
Plus a few hundred other reasons. :-)
