This section is well out of date and some of it is factually incorrect.
How does one go about updating it and yes, I have read the submission
guide but it doesn't seem to cover the software listings section.

There are other inconsistencies in the software section ...

Let's face it, Sean hashed this together just to have this and in a way he must be commended for doing so.

The real job starts next week, in less than 6 calendar days because:

Published by Sean Dennis (1:18/200) weekly on Mondays

    ... "Every Monday" ...

He'd have a much better shot at it saying "around the first of the month" or "bi-monthly".

But now "weekly" ? ? ... Every person with a brain understands that the present level of critical mass in Fido cannot sustain it ...

    Hi Sean,

Wouldn't want you to go without your daily dose of "\%/@rd" ... 8-)

    - Twice elected to FTSC

As if that is an achievement ... my neighbour's cat can get himself elected into the FTSC ...

But, of course ... it is a lie.

I went through the archives of the FTSC-conference back to 2010 and you were elected once, not twice, in 2017 ... with more negative votes than anyone "ever" ...

Your participation and input was limited to basically one-liners with a limited number of words ... nothing new or with substantial content was produced. We had to do with "I hear you". "Lurking from the back row", "Glad you're back Carol" "So sorry to hear that" ... general chit-chat. But FTSC-related business? Zero, nothing, nada ...

When the 2019-election came up, you declined another term for undisclosed reasons.

Since you lied, you have now got to go to your Bisshop and repent.

Maybe there are but I'm only interested in the Point software section and besides, I neither have the time nor the inclination to plough through
stuff which is of little to no interest. Perhaps *you* would like to take care of it? :-)

I've updated the Point Software section but I've had to increase the
width of the right-hand column to accomodate all the relevant
information *and* to keep it legible. In so doing, the columns don't
line up with the columns above the Point Software section(obviously). Would you like me to submit the update or not? I'm not fussed either
    way.

If the column width is over 70, I will manually adjust it to 70 due to the ancient (1989) software that is used to create both the FidoGazette and the FidoNews.

Either I worded my post badly or you may have misunderstood what I said.

The width of the "table" remains the same as it was before(69 chars). I've increased the width of the right-hand "table" column to accomodate all the relevant information *and* to keep it legible. To achieve this, I've had
to decrease the width of the left-hand "table" column accordingly, like
    this .....

    Before:
    +- - - - - - - - - - -+- - -+- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -+

    After:
    +- - - - - - - - -+- - -+- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -+

Obviously, the "table" columns will be out of alignment with all the other software sections above the Point software section.
