    According to Uncle Google "kicky-wicky" means spouse... i.e. husband
    or wife... and was probably invented by William Shakespeare.

    I have read, and agree with it, that it is rather impolite to
    request answer by netmail, for if you are reluctant to check the
    echo from time to time you are not really interested in the answer
    to begin with...
