    I'm in South territories of Moscow.

    My personal favorite is the medianoche (the midnight sandwich).

    Title: The Vet's Midnight - Dyrlugens Netmad
    Categories: Veal, Pork, Sandwich
    Yield: 1 Serving

    Rye bread
    Pork drippings
    Meat jelly
    Salt veal

    Spread rye bread with spiced pork dripping and cover with a thick
    layer of rich meat jelly. Top this with several overlapping thin
    slices of salt veal. An excellent bedtime sandwich.
