All FILE submissions must be only sent to 2:25/21 and that system uses port 24555 as per the nodelist entry which is now fixed in the Z2DAILY files.

Does depend on when YOU download your echos and from where.
Your updates done last night so even allowing for time
differences you should have them by now.

remember that you said that your system does them on the hour
and half-hour.
