• Teaching My Daughter to Drive

I finally finished teaching my daughter to drive and she got her license. Wow, what an experience that was. I think one of the best days of raising a kid is when she can buckle her on child seat. It's the last thing, prior to teaching her how to drive, that you need to do as a dad. Other than be there to guide her.

    Hello Tim,

I remember sitting in the passenger seat while my 16 going on 25 year old daughter was "driving". I was excited, proud, and scared all at the same time.
    :)
One of the happiest times is when you hear your son/daughter utter the words "Dad, I need you to ...".

Just due to time issues my wife did most of the teaching them how to (not) drive. Other than parallel parking and reversing into a parking space. I have to do that <g>.
