Title: Pears In Orange Sauce

4 sm Pears
3/4 c Orange juice (100%)
4 ts Sugar
Peel the pears and steam in a double boiler for 15 minutes.
Mix sugar and orange juice and cook over low flame for 5 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Place steamed pears on individual plates. Pour 1/4th of juice mixture
over each and serve.
