1/2 c Rhubarb juice
1/2 c Water; cold
1 ts Beet juice
1 ts Honey
Make rhubarb juice by grating rhubarb stalks or putting them through a
juice extractor. Mix rhubarb and beet juice with water, stir honey in
well, and serve.
