Title: Lemongrass Chicken

Yield: 6 servings
3 cl Garlic; minced
1 Stalk lemongrass; finely
- minced
2 tb Fish sauce
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Sugar
1 1/2 lb Boned, skinned chicken

1 tb Oil

2 tb Lime juice
2 tb Fish sauce
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Chili garlic sauce
2 Green onions; chopped
In a large bowl, combine garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce,
soy sauce, pepper and sugar. Add chicken; toss to coat.
Cover; refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush grill grates with
oil. Cook chicken over direct heat, 5-7 minutes per
side,
Meanwhile, make nuoc cham by combining lime juice, fish
sauce, sugar and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
Garnish chicken with nuoc cham and green onion to serve.
