2 Acorn squash
1 1/2 c Cinnamon and raisin granola
1/3 c Butter; melted
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
Heat oven to 400°F. Cut squash lengthwise into halves, remove seeds
and fibers. Mix remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/3 cup granola mixture
into each squash half. Place squash in ungreased rectangular baking
dish, 13x9x2". Pour water into dish to a depth of 1/4". Cover and
bake until squash is tender, 35 to 40 minutes.
