    Title: Turtle Candy
    Categories: Candy, Dairy, Nuts, Chocolate
    Yield: 48 servings

    1 lb Pecan halves, toasted
    14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 c Light corn syrup
    1/2 c Sugar
    1/3 c (packed) brown sugar
    1/4 c Butter; in cubes
    1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
    1 lb Milk chocolate candy
    - coating; chopped
    Flaked sea salt; opt

    On waxed paper-lined baking sheets, arrange pecans in
    small clusters of 4-5 pecans each.

    For caramel, in a small saucepan, combine the milk, corn
    syrup and sugars. Cook and stir over medium heat until a
    candy thermometer reads 238ºF/114ºC (soft-ball stage).
    Remove from the heat. Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Working quickly, spoon caramel onto pecan clusters. Let
    stand until set.

    In a microwave, melt candy coating; stir until smooth.
    Spoon over caramel. If desired, top with flake sea salt.
    Chill for 10 minutes or until set. Store in an airtight
    container.

    Title: Potluck Macaroni & Cheese
    Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Dairy
    Yield: 16 servings

    3 c Uncooked elbow macaroni
    16 oz Velveeta; in cubes
    2 c Shredded Mexican cheese
    - blend
    2 c Shredded white Cheddar
    - cheese
    1 3/4 c Whole milk
    12 oz Can evaporated milk
    3/4 c Butter; melted
    3 lg Eggs; lightly beaten

    Cook macaroni according to package directions for al
    dente; drain. Transfer to a greased 5 qt. slow cooker.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Cook, covered, on low 2 to 2-1/2 hours, stirring once.
