    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Meltaway Cookies
    Categories: Five, Copokies, Snacks
    Yield: 84 servings

    1 c Butter, softened
    1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    1 c A-P flour
    2/3 c Cornstarch

    In a small bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar
    until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Combine the
    flour and cornstarch; gradually add to creamed mixture
    and mix well.

    Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 11-13 minutes or until bottoms
    are lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes before removing
    from pans to wire racks.

    Title: Porch Swing Margarita
    Categories: Beverages, Citrus, Booze
    Yield: 1 servings

    Ice cubes
    2 oz Double-strength brewed iced
    - tea
    1 1/2 oz Blanco tequila
    3/4 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
    1/2 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
    1/2 oz Simple syrup
    Lime wheel; for garnish

    Fill a Mason jar or double rocks glass with ice. In a
    glass measuring cup, stir together iced tea, tequila,
    peach liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup. Pour over
    ice; garnish with a lime wheel. Serve immediately.
