    Title: Creamy Coleslaw

I made this one yesterday and was pleased with how it turned out.

    Modifications:

I shredded fresh cabbage instead of using bagged.
I substituted home made yogurt for the sour cream.
I substituted dried cranberries for the sugar.
    I added black pepper.

The yogurt gave it a nice pro-biotic tang.

    Well, yeah.

I substituted home made yogurt for the sour cream.

I don't make yoghurt. I buy active culture yoghurt at Food Fantasies
(local natural/health food store) as well as Greek yoghurt at my Hy-
Vee stupormarkup. I can see how that would work, though

I substituted dried cranberries for the sugar.

I keep craisins around as a quick snack never thought of subbing them
    for sugar, though.

    I added black pepper.

I keep a pepper mill handy. I *always* do a few (or mre) grinds on the
stuff from Popeyes or in a restaurant.

I posted a KFC copycat recipe to Ruth - and picked up on adding bell
pepper to the mix. I'll give that a whirl nect time I essay a bstch
    of slaw.
