• no coffee? = sleep worse

    Hi Charles!

14 Oct 20 03:39, you wrote to me:

9 isn't so much. There was a time I'd have 9 cups before lunch.

And for what it's worth, it had zero effect on my sleep. If anything,
I sleep worse since I've cut down.

It might be worth investigating and finding what new magic thing you must do that will help.

There was time when I had as much during the weekdays M-F at work and wonder *why* I was getting consistent headaches Sunday mornings. These were unusual headaches that felt like they were behind my eyeballs and there was no way to assuage them. I imagined that I would have to tear out my eyeballs to get at it.

By some fluke (not planned) I started having coffee in the mornings on weekends and the headaches did not return.

I made the coffeine withdrawal connection only when I decided to ease off on that stuff too fast.

    August,

I made the coffeine withdrawal connection only when I decided to ease
off on that stuff too fast.

I try to avoid the caffeine, but have noticed it helps prevent migraine headaches.
