I also remember someone did the original (1990 release) Prince of Persia
for the C64. I think even played briefly it in Vice emulator. The game actually needs a special cartridge to run as I recall.
The Prince of Persia conversion by Andreas Varga (Mr. SID) requires the EasyFlash cartridge. This uses Flash memory to provide a bigger capacity, and allows rapid access to the data. There have been many great titles converted to EasyFlash, cutting down
multiloads and even improving old games (as was done with Speedball Duology and IK+ Ultimate)
