NTVDM64 works with 64-bit editions of Windows 7 through Windows 10, only.

I have had great success running Windows 11 Pro with NTVDM64. I can run PCBoard, Proboard, and RA with doors and BBSlink and Doorparty. NOW this is under update 23h4, when I updated to 24h4 it stopped. I dorn graded back to 23h and worked fine again.
