I thought so too. However, the keyboard should make it work as well
as it looks or at least from my perspective.

No big surprise though since I already had a bad experience with a chromebook and it's poor excuse for a keyboard. However I was hoping that all of the keys on the bluetooth keyboard would have worked but some of very important ones - Esc for example - don't work as they are expected for vi. One is forced to use the onscreen control keys instead which I have yet to figure out if they can be disabled without breaking anything ... not that it really matters given it might as well be broken given Android's lameness. What a waste of a cpu etc. running that poor excuse for a linux distribution. Google should hang it's head in shame.

Yep. I just need to fix a few bash scripts to make up for Google's sad excuse for an OS. Also I thought I might try compiling it's own uEmacs and see if that is better than vim for this particular idea. uEmacs can do utf8 so it should have a future.

Sounds like it was just as well they weren't disabled yet, though, as
you needed to use some of them....

I have yet to try it out but given that it successfully compiled the
binkd it is using to recieve/send msg's then I am guessing it can also compile and run uEmacs. We'll see ... eventually.

Possibly a new experiment to grab your attention for a bit.... ;)
