From Lee Lofaso@2:221/360 to All on Fri Jan 31 23:32:10 2020
The Senate vote to block documents and witnesses, and
then acquit Trump on Friday is only a minor setback for
Democrats, who do have a backup plan.

Speaker Pelosi will simply get up tomorrow morning,
have a fresh cup of espresso, and call her colleagues
in the House into session. Why? To issue a subpoena
to the one person the American people have been waiting
to hear from - John Bolton. He will gladly accept the
invitation, as he has already publicly stated his own
willingness (and eagerness) to testify. So this will
    be a done deal.

President Donald Trump will then give his State of the
Union speech, having been acquitted by the Senate, but
knowing Speaker Pelosi is up to no good.

John Bolton will then have his day telling his tale
to select members of the House (not sure which committee
will be handling this). This will be aired publicly
    for all to see.

Speaker Pelosi will then have everything she needs
to have the House pass another article of impeachment.
She can have it ready to send to the Senate within
a week. And keep `em coming, once a week, every week,
    until the election.

This will keep the president on trial until the end
of his term in office. And then the newly-elected Democrat
can take over as president, with no trial to worry about.

Remember, 53.7% of the American people voted for candidates
other than Trump last time. Imagine how many people will be
voting for somebody other than Trump this November.

Speaker Pelosi will be eating a box of chocolates along
with drinking her cup of espresso when the votes come in.

Keeping `em coming is annoying. So what you're predicting is that this
lunatic will delay all kinds of other stuff from her constituents and keep impeachment at the top of her priorities? That sounds like good ol' Nasty Nance.

Not allowing republicans the same subpoena power the democrats had, and shutting off any mention of the whistleblower's name, or even any allusion to him (especially when John roberts did so in the Senate trial) pretty much put an end to impeachment.

Point of Order was called so much that if anyone of us, wanted to GD>entertain law school, we would of covered the chapter on what not do as a GD>lawyer. .

It makes you wonder what law school is really like when you stop and think
many of those democrats have law degrees!

Trump having the Vindman brothers marched out of the White House sent
her into another one of her snits. Topped only by her reaction to
Trump's new acting intelligence chief. Whom he directed to `clean

There was no reason other than petty vidictiveness to do what he did to
the Vindman brothers. The new acting intelligence chief has no back
ground in intelligence. His only qualification is bowing down to Trump
    and praising him on twitter.

Shutting off mention of the whistleblower's name was because his/her
anonimity was protected under law. Outing would have been a violation
    of that law.

    Hello Tim,

They should have given them witnesses in spades!

Even if they did call witnesses, the Democrats wouldn't give up. They AT>would just find something else to cry about.

They will never give up - and will never give in. House reps are like AT>employees who we hired to innovate, but instead, they just clean the
    floor
    all day.

It is becoming more and more clear that Donald Trump was the upset of the
2016 election.....and is probably going to get a second term.

Well, he might be able to beat Tulsi Gabbard. But to date,
she has yet to win a single delegate for the Democratic nomination.
Which means your dear boy will be shit out of luck this coming
    November ...

The Vindman brothers were part of a cabal who were so anti-Trump their vindictiveness wasn't even well-hidden.

I watched Vindman testifying and his anti-Trtump bias was in plain view.

Those `in' the administration and `in' the White House serve at the pleasure
    of the sitting president.

Neither of the Vindman brothers were team players. They were so anti-Trump it stank.

    Good riddance to both.

    NO SUCH THING!

Whistleblowers are protected from `retaliation' (like firing, or non-promotion and such).

The only one Adam Schitt was protecting was himself!

Had the facts on the contact between Adam Schitt; his staff; and the `whistleblower' come out in hearings there would have been NO impeachment.
